·Develop implement continuous improvement initiatives in all areas of responsibility.
·Ensure ISO 9001 Conformance through oversight of Quality program.
·Create maintain safe healthy work environment femployees visitors, including compliance with the Safety Production Responsibility System.
·Ensure compliance with environmental regulations of the industrial park, city, province national standards.
·Track productivity ensure efficient utilization of personnel resources.
·Establish improvement priorities maintenance plans via SPC, GR&R studies, etc.
·Develop risk management plan in coordination with Customer Service, engineering, purchasing quality.
·Ensure that customer PPM requirements are met ｃreate action plans on how to achieve targeted PPM levels/objectives requested by customers.
·Engineering product development: develop process fnew products including split flanges manifolds other products. Coordinate with AWG engineering sales staff.
·Coordinate with Human Resources Plant Managers/Department Heads with regard to staffing requirements compensation.
·Production inventory control to assure proper stocking levels minimize obsolete inventory.
·Develop a finished goods stocking plan in coordination with AWG staff Customer Servi
